By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1. Products and information
- We aim to describe colours, sizing and details accurately. Minor variations may occur from photography or device displays.
- All prices are in GBP and include UK VAT where applicable.
2. Orders and acceptance
- Your order is an offer to buy. We acknowledge receipt by email and accept the order when we dispatch your item.
- We may reject or cancel an order, for example if:
- the product is out of stock or unavailable
- payment is not authorised or billing details cannot be verified
- our security checks flag suspected fraud or bulk/resale purchases
- the price or product information was an obvious error
- you appear to be purchasing for resale without our written approval
- If we reject an order we will email you and refund any payment received.
3. Payment and title
- We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment is taken at the time of order.
- Title to the goods passes to you once we receive full payment. Risk passes on delivery.
4. VAT changes
- If the VAT rate changes between your order and dispatch, we will adjust the VAT you pay unless you have already paid in full.
5. Shipping and delivery
- We ship UK only. No international delivery.
- Processing time: orders placed Monday–Friday dispatch in 1–2 business days. Weekend orders dispatch the next working day.
- Delivery options and charges are shown at checkout. You will receive a tracking link when your order ships.
- If delivery is delayed by an event outside our control, we will let you know and take steps to reduce the delay. If the delay is likely to be substantial you may cancel and receive a refund for items not received.
- If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we can resend for the original postage cost or refund the product price minus postage.
6. Returns and exchanges
- You can return items within 14 calendar days of delivery. Start a return by emailing info@kameez.uk with your order number.
- Condition requirements: items must be unworn, unwashed, free of scents or marks, with all tags attached and in original packaging.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these standards and to return the item to you.
- Return postage is paid by you unless the item is faulty or we made an error. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving and approving the return. Exchanges ship once the return passes inspection and stock is confirmed.
- Items marked Sale/Special Price or Made to order/Pre-order are non-returnable unless faulty. Your statutory rights are not affected.
- Faulty items: email us within 30 days with photos and your order number. We will repair, replace or refund in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and cover reasonable postage if the fault is confirmed.
7. Promotions and discount codes
- Only one promotion or code can be used per order unless stated otherwise.
- Codes are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may have expiry dates or minimum spend.
- We may amend or withdraw promotions at any time.
8. Impact and donations
- Each purchase supports our giving model as described on the site. We work with trusted partners to deliver clothing support.
- Timings may vary based on logistics and partner capacity. We publish respectful, verifiable updates.
- Impact updates are informational and do not create a contractual obligation to deliver to a specific person or location.
9. Product differences
- Colour tones and minor details may differ slightly from images due to lighting, editing or production variations. Packaging may vary.
10. Events outside our control
- We are not responsible for failure or delay caused by events outside our reasonable control (for example, strikes, extreme weather, carrier issues). We will contact you and take reasonable steps to minimise the effect.
11. Liability
- We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach or negligence. We are not liable for business losses, loss of profit, or indirect damages.
- Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights.
12. Personal data
- We handle your personal data according to our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect and use information.
13. Intellectual property
- All content on the site is owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce or use it without permission.
14. Complaints and disputes
- Contact info@kameez.uk and we will try to resolve any issue quickly.
- These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You can bring claims in the courts of England and Wales, or in the courts of your home part of the UK. We may bring claims in your local courts.
15. Changes to these Terms
- We may update these Terms from time to time. The version on our site at the time you place your order applies to that order.
