You may return items within 14 calendar days of delivery, provided they meet the condition requirements below.

How to start a return
Email info@kameez.uk with your order number and reason for return. We will reply with instructions.
Important
Items that do not meet these standards will be refused and returned to you. We reserve the right to decline a refund where inspection shows wear, washing, scent transfer, missing tags, or damage.
Return postage
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original delivery charges are non-refundable. If the item is faulty or we made an error, we will cover reasonable return postage.
Faulty items
If your item arrives faulty, info@kameez.uk within 30 days with photos and your order number. We will repair, replace, or refund and cover related postage as required by the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene and fairness, we do not accept returns on items marked Sale, Special Price, or Made to order, unless faulty. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Where we ship
UK only. We do not ship internationally.
Processing time
All orders ship within 1–2 business days. Weekend orders dispatch the next working day.
You will receive a tracking link when your order ships.
Address changes
Email info@kameez.uk as soon as possible. We cannot amend addresses after the parcel has been collected.
Missed delivery / RTS
If a parcel returns to us as undeliverable, we can resend for the original postage cost or refund the product price minus postage.
Damaged or lost in transit
Report within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate with the carrier and resolve with a replacement or refund.
